7. How do I take it?

Use the scooper incluided:

  1. take a pea sized amount
  2. mix it inward to boiling water
  3. drink up!

We like to mix in a little Celtic sea salt too (because that stuff is pretty great).

If you're a sledge-hammer toting alpha-dog with an awesome beard:

  1. as above
  2. mix it with your black coffee,
  3. add salt-free butter,
  4. a pinch of celtic sea salt
  5. cayenne pepper
  6. slam it in one gulp and walk straight onto the Blackhawk chopper waiting at your front door.

Do NOT take it with milk unless it's other in a dark hot chocolate. We honestly don't know why other companies suggest milk. Just, no.
